Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise, support, and motivate front-of-house staff including cashiers, servers, and bartenders
Assigns stations, and duties to ensure efficient service flow
Monitors staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training
Trains and schedules team members
Handle employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Performers duties of cashier, server, and bartender as needed

Guest Experience

Ensure all guests receive friendly, prompt, and attentive service
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
Maintain a welcoming, family-oriented environment
Ensures staffing meets guest flow requirements

Operations Management

Oversees opening and closing procedures
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations
Monitor wait times and table turnover to maximize efficiency
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

Cash Handling & Compliance

Supervise cashiers and oversee cash handling procedures
Ensure accuracy in transactions, register balancing, and end-of-shift reports
Enforce responsible alcohol service standards for bartenders
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Inventory & Supplies

Monitor front-of-house supplies (menus, utensils, beverages, etc.)
Assist with inventory control and ordering as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work a flexible schedule
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Basic math and cash handling skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
