What You'll Do:
- Engage and enchant potential clients with our exquisite hotel offerings
- Craft proposals and agreements for exclusive events with finesse
- Ensure seamless event execution, from start to finish, exceeding client expectations
- Lead captivating hotel tours for prospective clients
- Network with finesse at community and industry events, embodying the essence of our hotel
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, showcasing your dedication
- Participate in sales blitzes, showcasing your prowess
- Stay ahead of the competition, becoming the go-to expert in the field
What We Expect:
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not a must
- Previous experience in front desk, reservations, or sales is an advantage
- Masterful communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, showcasing efficiency
- Obsessively organized and detail-oriented
- Expert at multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel, with a knack for learning new systems
