Who You Are

• A proven GM or a hungry #2 ready to take over a larger asset
• You’ve grown revenue in secondary or tertiary markets — not just relied on brand flow
• You understand how to win local business: plants, hospitals, universities, contractors, and regional events
• You’re comfortable being out of the office selling, not just sitting behind reports
• You know your numbers: flow-through, labor control, GOP — not just occupancy
• You hold people accountable and don’t tolerate underperformance

What You’ll Control

• Daily hotel operations across all departments
• Budget execution and achievement of financial goals
• Sales strategy — especially group and conference positioning
• Staffing, culture, and operational execution
• Market positioning against limited and full-service competitors in the region
