JOB PURPOSE: Dual Providers areresponsiblefor guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• As part of theMOKARA Spa team,spa providers are to consistentlyperformthe highest possible standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.

• Responsible forcleaning, sanitizing, andsetting up the treatment rooms according to procedures.

• Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.

• Ensure all professional stock is being used in compliance with the PAR levels to assist with reduction in product waste.

• To begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures of all treatmentsare always being followed.

• Relay,with confidence,both product and service benefits to guests andoffersuggestedretailand treatment opportunities.

• Strive to consistently produce a minimum of 10% in retail salesdaily, weekly, and monthly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum1-year of experienceas adual providerpreferably in an upscale salon or spa setting.

• Current State ofForidaMassageand SkincareLicense.

• Proficient skills in traditional and modern forms ofmassage therapy, body treatments and skincare service.

• Good verbal/written communication skills.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Commitment to exceeding the expectations of customers, always operating with a strong attention to detail to the client’s needs. 

• Ability to work well under pressure, managingback-to-backappointments in a high volume 4 diamond environment.

• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Responsible and dependable with ability to fulfill on-call scheduling needs.

• Mustobtainacurrent CityBusinessTaxPermit with the city of Fort Lauderdale upon hire.

• Mustobtain a State of FloridaTIPSAlcoholic BeverageServerPermit.

ENVIRONMENT&POSITION ANALYSIS:

• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance.Stand and/or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift.  Requires repetitive motion, with consistent use of hands and arms.

TOOLS& EQUIPMENT:

• Desktop computer,selected spa program, printer, telephone, copier, fax machine and scanner. Cleaning supplies such as vacuum, mop, broom, duster and chemicals.
