Your Role in Our World-Class Kitchen

As a master of culinary arts in our dynamic kitchen, you’ll handle multiple stations with finesse—from Fry to Flat Top Griddle, from Pantry to perfecting eggs. You’ll maintain seamless communication with the management team and servers, orchestrating a flawless dining experience for our esteemed guests. Embrace this chance to shine and provide exceptional service at all times in this pivotal role.

Essential Functions:

• Adhere to recipes and product directions to deliver top-tier culinary creations
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
• Efficiently manage a variety of kitchen tools and equipment
• Diligently oversee inventory: stocking, dating, rotating, and temperature checks
• Perform additional duties as necessary to maintain a premier operation

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven food preparation prowess and a robust understanding of HACCP standards
• At least 3 years of related experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment
• Broad expertise in culinary techniques, including sauces, soups, sauté, broiler, fry, and pantry
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Physical stamina to lift/move up to 40 pounds and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
