JOBPURPOSE: To ensure that assignedHousekeepingareas are kept clean and fully

stocked.Alsoservices assigned public areas to meet the expectations

of the Omni Standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Ensures that assignedservice landing closets are stocked at proper linen andsupplylevels.

Empties GRAs linens on an hourly basis or as needed.

Empties GRAs garbage on an hourly basis or as needed.

Communicate with GRAs andassistthem with stripping guest rooms

Keeps the servicelandingclean and organized.

Removetraysand garbagefrom the guest floors.

Keeps corridors/ baseboards cleanon guest room floors.

Maintain cleanliness of stairwells.

Daily cleaning of guest room glassware / silverwarein the dishwasher

Baseboards and pictures in guest corridors must be dusted daily.

All guest room doors must be free of scuff marks.

Keepsthe icemachine room clean, moped, dusted and machine wiped down.

Keep guestwindowsand serviceelevator landings clean, moped, wiped down and scrub walls clean.

Moves furniture upon request.

Completesguest requestsand deliveries.

Havea sense ofurgency in afast-pacedenvironment.

Ensure hotel guestsand associates aremaintainedin a safe and secure environment.

Complete daily projects given to them by thehousekeepingleadership team

Responsible for department radio/earpiece assigned to them for communicationwithin the department

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able tomaintaina 4 – Diamond level of service.

Able toassistGRA’S.

Able to work with Management on special projects.

Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.

Must be able to work a variety of shifts,including weekends andholidays.

ENVIRONMENT&POSITION ANALYSIS:

Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 75 pounds withoutassistance. Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.Requires repetitive motion.

TOOLS& EQUIPMENT:

Telephone,push to talkradio, cart, vacuum,mop and Broom duster and chemicals
