Membership Manager @ Fouquet's Le Club 

On Site @ Fouquet's New York Hotel 

Fouquet’s Le Club is looking for a qualified and highly motivated Private Membership Manager who shares a passion for curating and maintaining a bespoke experience for each member. The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks associated with sales, membership communication, experience,  and retention strategies.

The Position:

- Sales and Outreach Enhancement: Seek out and capitalize on membership opportunities to boost growth.

- Membership Expansion: Drive initiatives aimed at attracting new members and retaining existing ones.

- Member Experience Improvement: Oversee events and programs to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

- Revenue Management: Monitor performance metrics to ensure financial success.

- Community Building: Create and nurture a strong, interconnected membership network with Le Club Members

Desired Qualifications:

- Luxury Membership Experience: Background in managing high-end, specialized membership programs and understanding our to maintain 

- Leadership in Strategy and Operations: Skilled in crafting and implementing effective membership strategies year round.

- Sales and Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in engaging and retaining Le Fouquet's members.

- Decisive and Results-Oriented: A confident leader focused on achieving growth and excellence.

- Experience Requirement:  At least 3 years in hospitality, events, or membership management.

Permanent, Full-Time 

Salary: $80k - $95k 

Reports to: Hotel GM
