Overview:

Toassistin managing anddirecting ofallHousekeeping and Laundryfunctions.  Toparticipatein quality assurance forHousekeeping department and department cost control measures.  To provide support to the Director of Housekeeping in all areas of the Housekeeping Operation.  To ensure Omni standards are met in all areas by monitoring quality assurance, andconsistentlysettinga good example.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.

• Assigns special assignments as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.

• Reportsany repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.

• Ensuresthat all GRAs haveappropriate suppliesand linens.

• Assistsin the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.

• Assistsin processing AM and PM room status reports.

• Ensuresthat the GRA's linen cart is neat and well organized.

• Ensuresthat linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.

• Inspectsall In-house and Arriving VIPs daily.

• Inspectsall Show Rooms daily.

• Assignskeys and pagers to all Room Attendants and Housepersons.

• Inspectsall Due Outs daily andforwards reportto Front Desk.

• Inspects the work areas of the Room Attendants and Housepersons on assigned floors.

• Checks in keys assigned to Room Attendants and Housepersons at shift end.

• Checks and clears all discrepant room status’ prior to ending their shift daily.

• Will Inspect and train TurndownAttendants.

• Required to work flexible hours,holidaysand weekends.

• Practice aggressive hospitality.

• Complete all Specialprojects asdirected by management.

• Perform any other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• PriorHousekeepingSupervisory Experience in Hospitality preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED / College Degree preferred.

• Must be highly motivated andhave the ability toMulti-task.

• Mustbe able to work independently.

• Must have the ability to lead,motivateand develop others.

Salary range based on experience for this position is $68,806 to $73,894
