We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Golf Grille team with a May start date. Responsibilities include properly setting up and maintaining a clean, efficient bar, greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction by checking back frequently. The role also involves servicing the bar, cleaning service areas, assisting departing guests, adhering to uniform appearance standards, and competently presenting, opening, decanting, and serving wine and Champagne, along with other duties as assigned by the manager.

EssentialFunctions:

• To properly set up andmaintaina clean efficient bar throughout the shift

• Approach and greet guests

• Take guests orders

• Order delivery for supplies needed tomaintainthe bar

• Service the bar

• Clean and clear service areas

• Ensure a uniform appearance

• Completes other duties as assigned by manager

• Ability to properly present, open, decant and serve wine and champagne

Working Environment:

• Beverage storerooms, Interior of hotel, in the restaurant, lounge, with exposure to extreme temperatures.

• Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals.

• Exposure tofood items and beverages.

• Long periodsof standing

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience preferred

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

• Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Must be attentivetodetail.

• Mustbe pleasant and friendly.

• Must be available to work flexible hoursto includenights, weekends, and holidays.
