This role is responsible for ensuring each Ranch Home is maintained to the highest standards of luxury cleanliness, presentation, and readiness. The Ranch Home Housekeeping Supervisor leads with precision and urgency, ensuring that every residence reflects Forbes-level expectations and delivers a private-residence style experience for our most discerning guests.

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership presence, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

• Inspect all Ranch Home guestrooms, living spaces, bathrooms, and exterior areas to ensure flawless cleanliness and presentation
• Ensure residences are fully prepared, staged, and personalized prior to guest arrival
• Prioritize VIP arrivals, same day turns, and vacated residences with urgency and precision
• Conduct detailed quality inspections with a Forbes-ready lens
• Ensure all rooms are updated accurately in the system upon completion
• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to Guest Room Attendants assigned to Ranch Homes
• Ensure all attendants have proper supplies, linens, and tools to execute at the highest level
• Maintain linen closets, supply areas, and storage spaces in pristine and organized condition
• Assist in cleaning residences as necessary to maintain flow and meet service standards
• Assign and oversee special projects as directed by the Director of Luxury Residences & Director of Housekeeping
• Identify and report maintenance discrepancies immediately to protect residence condition
• Assist with processing AM and PM room status reports
• Monitor inventory levels within Ranch Home supply areas and maintain proper par levels
• Partner closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and theRanch Home Conceirge teamo ensure seamless guest readiness
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for guests and associates at all times
• Maintain awareness of resort events, arrivals, and special guest circumstances impacting Luxury Residences
• Support additional operational initiatives, special projects, and service enhancements as assigned byRanch HomeLeadership, maintaining the elevated standards expected within the Luxury Residences program

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to maintain Five Diamond and Forbes-level cleanliness standards
• Food Handlers and TABC Certification
• Luxury hotel or high-end residential housekeeping experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong sense of urgency
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional resort teams
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to communicate via radio and phone as required
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Valid Driver's License
