The Role

Lead the maintenance department and oversee building systems, preventive maintenance, safety, and repairs.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead engineering team

Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance

Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety operations

Conduct inspections and identify needs

Manage budgets, inventory, and vendors

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Respond to urgent issues
