As a Bartender at Pulitzer’s Bar, you are the curator of experience behind one of Amsterdam’s most iconic hotel bars. You do not simply serve drinks. You craft moments, conversations, and memories.

Pulitzer’s Bar is intimate, characterful, and layered with history. Our cocktails are inspired by stories, craftsmanship, and bold creativity. As part of the team, you embody that same spirit. You prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and pride, while delivering service that feels both personal and refined.

You connect effortlessly with guests from all over the world as well as locals who return for the atmosphere and expertise. You read the room with intelligence and intuition, adjusting your approach to match the mood. You guide guests through our menu with confidence, sharing the inspiration behind each creation and recommending thoughtful pairings. For this role being a social chameleon is your best quality.

You understand that excellence lies in the details. Clean mise en place, flawless execution, strong product knowledge, and seamless teamwork are second nature to you. During busy evenings, you remain calm and composed, maintaining quality and warmth even under pressure.
