As a Waiter or Waitress at Celia, you deliver more than food and drinks. You create an experience. 

You bring our vibrant modern American concept to life through attentive, personal service that feels natural and genuine. Whether welcoming neighbourhood regulars or hotel guests discovering us for the first time, you build connection with ease and confidence. 

You know our fresh, seasonal dishes inside out and guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and expertise, recommending thoughtful pairings and tailoring your service to each table. 

With strong awareness of timing, detail, and atmosphere, you help shape a dining experience that feels lively, seamless, and memorable from the first sip to the final bite.
