Corporate Flight Attendant – Part 91 Operation

Aircraft: Large Cabin Business Jet

Operation: Part 91 Only (No Charter / No Time Sharing)

Base Airport: Fort Lauderdale (KFLL)

A private Part 91 flight department is seeking a Corporate Flight Attendant to support the principal and executive team in a long-term, stable operation. This is a true corporate aviation position and not an airline or charter role.

EXPERIENCE

• No prior flight attendant experience required

• Will train the right candidate

• Background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, private service, yachting, or high-end hotels

preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW

Responsible for delivering an elite onboard experience while the aircraft is occupied. Service standards must meet or exceed those of a Michelin-star restaurant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to the needs of passengers and flight crew during aircraft occupancy

• Deliver refined, anticipatory, and discreet service

• Execute cabin presentation and meal service to elite standards

• Inventory management of all perishables and onboard supplies (mandatory)

• Catering coordination, quality control, and waste minimization

• Maintain exceptional cabin cleanliness and readiness

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires working in a confined aircraft cabin environment. Candidates must be able to safely and comfortably work in a narrow aircraft aisle, pass another crewmember while the aircraft is occupied, perform duties in restricted spaces, bend, kneel, reach overhead, and maneuver throughout the cabin and galley. A final cabin walkthrough may be required.

SCHEDULE / LIFESTYLE

• Annual maximum of 150 duty days

• Annual maximum of 100 overnight days

• Guaranteed minimum of 100 hard days off annually

COMPENSATION

• Starting salary: $50,000 annually

• Annual performance-based bonuses tied to service excellence

BASE / RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT

• Base airport: Fort Lauderdale (KFLL)

• Successful candidates must reside within 40 miles of the home base
