At Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, we create memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality, quality service, and attention to detail. As a Barista/Cashier at Palmetto Market, you will be the welcoming face of our caf and retail market—preparing handcrafted beverages, providing efficient cashier service, and ensuring every guest interaction is warm, friendly, and seamless.

This role is perfect for an energetic, service-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and light food items according to established recipes and presentation standards

• Provide accurate and efficient cashier service, including processing payments and handling cash responsibly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, service areas, and retail displays

• Restock food, beverages, and retail merchandise to ensure an appealing and well-supplied market

• Deliver friendly, attentive guest service while answering questions and offering recommendations

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Omni brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous barista, caf, retail, or food service experience preferred

• Strong guest service, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy

• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays

• Positive attitude and commitment to Omni’s culture of genuine hospitality
