Candlewood Suites is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 104-room limited-service property. This role is responsible for managing the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance departments, ensuring smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.

  • Maintain operational efficiency and quality across all departments.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and address operational issues promptly.

  • Support budgeting, reporting, and adherence to safety and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing hotel operations, preferably in a limited-service or extended-stay property.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize operational needs effectively

  •  Proficiency with Opera PMS required.
