About the Role:
Corporate Hospitality Services is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Bilingual HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for employees and site leadership. This hands-on role combines administrative HR duties with strategic support, ensuring compliance, fostering positive workplace culture, and supporting operational leadership across our Texas and New Mexico camps.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Casework:
Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns, investigations, and policy guidance.
Conduct on-site investigations for harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and policy violations.
Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and close cases with timely updates to stakeholders.
Advise managers on conflict resolution, performance improvement, and corrective actions.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to support retention initiatives.
Compliance & HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, HR audits, and documentation in HRIS systems.
Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave management and policy implementation.
Partner with cross-functional teams on employee training programs and HR compliance initiatives.
Payroll & Timekeeping (ADP):
Monitor time clock accuracy, review exception reports, and coordinate corrections with managers.
Support semi-monthly payroll processing, audits, and off-cycle adjustments.
Maintain wage/hour compliance and related documentation.
Safety & Injury Response:
Coordinate incident response, OSHA reporting, and workers’ compensation intake.
Partner with carriers and clinics on treatment, modified duty, and return-to-work plans.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
Professional interpersonal skills with discretion and diplomacy.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred) and ability to learn HRIS/payroll systems.
Experience & Qualifications:
2–4 years of general HR administration experience.
Minimum 1 year experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
HR certification or relevant education preferred.
Proven ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and meet tight deadlines.
