What this role is really about
- Taking ownership of a defined market and building on an established book of business for our West Coast market
- Maintaining long-standing relationships while creating new opportunities
- Representing a luxury resort with polish, professionalism, and pride

What you’ll be doing
- Developing and securing contracted business from new and existing accounts
- Negotiating rates and contracts aligned with revenue and market strategy
- Actively prospecting through sales calls, site visits, networking, and community involvement
- Creating and executing focused sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Partnering across departments to ensure seamless service and strong client satisfaction
- Maintaining visibility in the market and within the resort
- Traveling as necessary, attending trade shows, and other opportunities to showcase the resort
Who will thrive here
- Sales professionals with luxury or upper-upscale hotel experience
- Marriott experience strongly preferred
- Experience with large, complex resort properties is a plus
- Tucson market knowledge is helpful, but not required
- Individuals who bring strong relationship-building skills, initiative, and positive energy
