As Assistant Guest Services Manager at Kimpton De Witt, you support the daily leadership and smooth operation of the Guest Services department. You work closely with the Guest Services Manager and guide a team of Duty Managers, Guest Services Agents, Senior Guest Services Agents, and trainees. Together, you focus on developing the team, keeping service standards high, and continuously enhancing the guest experience.

You lead from the floor. Your service style is personal, confident, and genuinely caring. You are present, approachable, and hands-on, supporting both front- and back-of-house colleagues so they can deliver their best. You help ensure processes are clear and consistent, while leaving room for personality and authentic connection. 

In this role, you are a key link between guests, operational departments, and the management team. While there are administrative responsibilities, your main focus is operational leadership. You are visible on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the team in real time. When needed, and in the absence of the Guest Services Manager or Hotel Management, you step in as the senior leader on duty. You remain calm under pressure and guide service recovery with confidence and care.
