After more than 22 years of leadership, The Kingbridge Centre’s long-standing General Manager is transitioning into a strategic role focused on the organization’s next phase of growth. As part of this thoughtfully planned succession, The Kingbridge Centre is now seeking its next General Manager.

This new General Manager will steward a premier, purpose-driven residential conference and events destination, renowned for hosting off-site meetings, leadership development programs, collaborative group work, and innovation-driven gatherings.

To support a strong and successful transition, the incoming General Manager will benefit from close partnership and mentorship from the current General Manager, ensuring continuity, institutional knowledge transfer, and leadership support as they step into the role and help shape what comes next.

The Role

The General Manager provides both visionary and operational leadership across all aspects of the Centre’s performance and guest experience, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, events, sales, facilities, and overall service excellence. This role is accountable for strong financial performance, operational consistency, and cultivating a values-driven, high-performance culture.

In addition, the General Manager plays an active role in driving growth by:

  • Identifying new market opportunities and business verticals
  • Cultivating enterprise-level client relationships and high-value partnerships
  • Partnering closely with the in-house sales team to strengthen pipeline execution, expand key accounts, and increase high-volume client engagement
