Job Summary:

The beautiful Sun Outdoors Ocean City is seeking a Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team! The Lead Bartender will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing operations at the pool and Tiki bars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the bartending team, including selection, training, scheduling, and development.

• Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures.

• Organize work schedules to provide consistent coverage and excellent service.

• Greet guests, answer phones courteously, and complete transactions accurately.

• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and attractively displayed merchandise and inventory. Report shortages to management.

• Perform opening and closing duties for shifts as assigned.

• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

• High school education preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet use.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Details:

• Full-time, seasonal position at Sun Outdoors Ocean City in Berlin, MD.
