What You’ll Do as Sales Manager:

  • Be a Revenue Driver: Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales activity goals.
  • Represent with Excellence: Promote the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and local market opportunities.
  • Strategize for Growth: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to build and execute quarterly action plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies.
  • Build Relationships: Develop new business and nurture existing client partnerships to drive group, transient, and corporate bookings.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless client and guest experience.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a hotel sales role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales systems, budgeting, and hospitality revenue strategy.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales platforms.
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a passion for success and service.
