Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue targets within assigned market.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing catering options and services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Utilize Caterease software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors’ offerings and market trends to identify areas for growth.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Lead efforts in inside sales, B2B relationships, and direct sales initiatives to expand market reach.
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the hospitality or catering industry preferred.
Demonstrated success in account management, market management, and lead generation.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Familiarity with Caterease software or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
Experience in marketing strategies related to upselling, and product presentations.
