The successful candidate will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations! Join the team at Hotel Bourre Bonne, Louisville’s newest luxury destination in the heart of downtown. Our stunning rooftop bar has already become the hottest spot in town—packed to the gills every weekend with DJs spinning from 5 PM through close, plus exciting activations throughout the week that keep the energy high and the crowds coming through the Lobby Bar as well.

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to bring hospitality and speed behind the bar. This is an opportunity to be part of a super fun culture built on great leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience is a must.  Preferred previous experience in a high-volume, high-level restaurant, hotel, or nightlife environment.

• Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to thrive under pressure.

• Serving experience a plus; flexibility to cocktail serve on occasion.

• A positive, warm, and friendly attitude—you love engaging with guests and creating great experiences.
