As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient and resourceful service at the front desk, including check-in, check-out, guest resolution and leading a team of talented front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the registration process with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle cash, make change, and balance house bank
- Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively
- Incorporate Mystery Shopper Standards into every interaction
- Lead a team of talented front desk agents by acting as manager on duty
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Prior guest service experience required
- Ability to make quick and efficient decisions to benefit and support your fellow associates and guests
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
