Awana Hospitality Management Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead company-wide sales strategy and revenue growth across our expanding hotel portfolio.

Awana Hospitality is a rapidly growing hotel management company operating five hotels, with five more in the acquisition pipeline. Our upcoming properties include partnerships with Marriott, IHG, and Hilton, further strengthening our market presence.

Our portfolio spans Virginia, Wisconsin, and Raleigh, North Carolina, positioning us for strong regional growth and increased visibility in high-demand markets. We are committed to exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

This is a full-time, on-site position and requires working from either our Charlottesville, VA or Raleigh, NC office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize ROI.

- Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media, online reputation management, and email marketing.

- Foster strategic relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including events and conferences.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth targets

- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach

- Experience with revenue management systems, digital marketing tools, and data analysis
