The ideal candidate will have...

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Financial literacy; the ability to interpret budgets and P&Ls

A passion for hospitality and leading a diverse team

Experience with Best Western and Visual Matrix Cloud PMS

A track record of success over at least five years as a hotel manager
