HOS Management, LLC, a recognized leader in the hospitality industry, is searching for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Flower Mound, Texas. As the General Manager, you will be the key operational leader, responsible for driving profitability and fostering a positive work environment. Your core duties will include:

• Leadership & Operations: Oversee all hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Security, ensuring consistent, efficient, and smooth daily performance.

• Revenue Management: Strategically maximize ADR (Average Daily Rate), occupancy, and overall hotel revenue in alignment with HOS Management's financial objectives.

• Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and coach department supervisors and staff to uphold high operational standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Financial & Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and staffing guidelines to ensure profitability and implement effective cost-control measures.

• Guest & Employee Engagement: Foster seamless communication across all teams to optimize performance. Create and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment that drives high employee and guest satisfaction scores.

• Policy & Compliance: Establish and enhance operational policies and procedures. Lead the implementation of safety programs, including training and compliance reporting.

• Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry is required. Experience with the Hilton brand (especially Home2 Suites) is a significant plus.

• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.

• Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing budgets, financial statements, and driving profitable operations.

• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is highly desirable.
