Job Description
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering warm, genuine, service focused hospitality to every guest who arrives at the Homewood Suites Daytona Beach Speedway-Airport. This role handles the check in and check out process, provides local information, supports guest needs throughout their stay, and upholds all Hilton and Shaner Hotel Group service standards. The Guest Service Agent plays an essential role in setting the tone for the guest experience and ensuring each stay is comfortable, efficient, and memorable.
