The Role

As a Banquet Cook, you’ll prepare and cook menu items, maintain station readiness, and support overall kitchen execution. You’ll help uphold quality, consistency, and culinary standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and specifications
Complete daily prep and maintain a clean, organized workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate with the kitchen team during service
Assist with inventory, labeling, and storage
Support the culinary team as needed
