Position Summary

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize room revenue, meeting space bookings, corporate accounts, group business, and special events. The ideal candidate is an energetic sales professional with excellent relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, solicit, and maintain relationships with corporate, government, and group accounts.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and sales calls.
• Manage negotiated contracts and rate agreements.
• Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Operations, Front Office, and Catering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget recommendations.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales management systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience preferably in Hilton Franchise and good knowledge of DELPHI
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
