Ascent Hospitality is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Director of Sales to lead sales strategy and revenue growth in Huntsville Alabama.

This is an onsite leadership opportunity. Candidates must be open to relocating to the Huntsville, AL market.

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share across multiple hotels.
Drive outside sales, prospecting, networking, and new business development.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, leisure, and key local accounts.
Lead account management strategies and identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing and new business.
Partner with General Managers, hotel leadership, and marketing teams to achieve property and portfolio goals.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, sales performance, and revenue opportunities.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
Utilize CI/TY, Delphi, STS, and other hotel sales systems to track activity, forecasting, and performance.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hotel sales experience, with proven success in a leadership or Director-level role.
Marriott and/or Hilton sales experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, business development, prospecting, and closing.
Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven.
Ability to manage priorities and drive results across multiple hotels.
Experience with CI/TY, Delphi, STS, or similar hotel sales platforms is a plus.
