Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in designing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of engineering equipment and systems
Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes
Document work activities and prepare reports as required
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
Continuously learn and develop new engineering skills through training and on-the-job experience

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Basic understanding of engineering principles and techniques
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in Chicago, IL with reliable transportation
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Overnight/PM Shift
Holidays and weekends
