Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless operation of culinary outlets, including the Lobby Grill, Aunt Chiladas, Oasis Waterpark, and Room Service.
• Curate and oversee menu item preparation, staff training, and scheduling to maintain top-tier quality and efficiency.
• Maintain rigorous standards in food receiving, storage, and rotation to uphold health department regulations.

Qualifications

Are you a culinary luminary with a passion for excellence? Possess a high school diploma, coupled with five years of supervisory experience and a knack for meat and fish fabrication. Preferred candidates will hold a current Maricopa County Food Safety Manager Card/Certification.

Your Profile

• Masterful knowledge of food products and preparation techniques.
• Effective communicator with a keen eye for detail.
• Physical agility to handle food machinery and lift up to 200 lbs.
