Overview:

The Food Runner roleis dedicated to providingquality service that exceeds Guest and Member expectations work to create guests for life, by proactively embracing service standards, adhering to safetyregulationsand gaining the knowledge toassistguests withany and all needs.

Responsibilities:

Bring food from the kitchen to tables to support the servers.
Assistservers during meal period.
Musthave knowledge of all menu items.
Greetguests in a warm and friendly manner.
Assistthe server withpre-busingplates.
Assistingservers in any capacity to ensure guest satisfaction.
Inquire if additional service is needed from guests upon delivery and inform the server or manager
Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

Mustbe able to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, members, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone.
Must have strong communications skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environments
Must be able to multitask.
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of timeor for an entire shift.
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10lbs withoutassistance.
Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must have Food Handlers and ServSafeAlcohol Certification.
