We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Front Desk Agent who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. As the face of our hotel, you'll welcome travelers from around the world, solve problems with confidence, and help ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What You'll Do- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Answer questions, provide local recommendations, and resolve guest concerns
- Process reservations, payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and hotel leadership to ensure every stay exceeds expectations
- Help create a positive, memorable experience for every guest
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred, but we're happy to train motivated individuals with the right attitude
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus
