Lead sales for two premier Hilton Hotels
Narsi Hotels is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Dual Property Director of Sales to lead the sales efforts for the newly renovated Homewood Suites by Hilton Durham-Chapel Hill I-40 and the Home2 Suites by Hilton Durham Chapel Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales professional who thrives on developing new business, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across two exceptional Hilton-branded hotels.
This role is designed for a true hunter, someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new doors, and creating opportunities through consistent outside sales efforts. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, competitive, and passionate about building relationships that translate into long-term business.
Primary Market Focus
The Dual Property Director of Sales will be responsible for growing market share and increasing revenue by targeting:
Hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the Durham/Chapel Hill markets
Universities and higher education institutions
Collegiate sports travel
Local negotiated accounts
Extended-stay business, including relocation, training, and project-based travel
Local organizations, associations, and SMERF opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that maximize revenue for both hotels.
Prospect aggressively through outside sales calls, networking, cold calling, referrals, and community involvement to generate new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in healthcare, higher education, corporate, and sports organizations.
Identify, solicit, negotiate, and secure new corporate negotiated accounts.
Conduct client appointments, hotel tours, presentations, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
Maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent prospecting, follow-up, and account management.
Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences that foster repeat business and referrals.
Utilize Hilton sales systems and CRM tools to manage account activity, forecasting, and reporting.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities and increase market share.
Represent both hotels at local business events, industry organizations, and community functions.
Qualifications Required
Minimum of two years of hotel sales experience with a proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
Demonstrated success in proactive sales, outside sales, and new business development.
Experience managing corporate accounts and building long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred
Previous Hilton hotel sales experience is strongly preferred.
Experience selling select-service and extended-stay hotels.
Existing relationships within the Durham, Chapel Hill, and Research Triangle markets.
Experience working with healthcare, university, sports, and corporate travel segments.
Familiarity with Hilton sales platforms and CRM systems.
