We're seeking a dynamic and accomplished General Manager to lead the recently renovated Hampton Inn in Enterprise, AL.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational and financial success.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Build and inspire a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and community engagement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a talented leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and company policies.
• Serve as the primary liaison with ownership and corporate leadership while maintaining a strong presence throughout the hotel.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of successful experience as a Hotel General Manager
• Strong operational and financial management skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• Hilton or Marriott hotel experience highly preferred.
• College degree preferred.
