As a F&B Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for guests throughout their journey through the different Food and Beverage outlets, with special focus to the VIP hotel guests. You act as the primary and proactive communicator, representing all F&B stakeholders in the hotel, streamline daily communication between the Kitchen (Executive Chef/Sous Chefs), F&B outlet managers, and the Groups & Events department. 

You will focus on enhancing the guest experience within the Food and Beverage journey, while fostering loyalty and create lasting memories. You ensure information about VIP’s / regular guests/ guests with special requests and occasions, is shared with the operational teams to make their stay unforgettable. This includes being in close contact with other departments, such as Guest Experience, Front Office, PR/MKT, Sales & Events etc. to be aware of celebrations and special moments, making reservations in any of the F&B outlets, keep the hosts up to date and create WOW moments. 

In addition, part of your responsibilities will be supporting the Assistant Director of F&B, and the F&B Manager Jansz. with administration tasks, such as answering guest reviews, emails & comments, team/schedule administration, coordination of events and any other F&B related projects.  

This role requires a combination of hospitality expertise, administrative excellence and strong communication skills to uphold our standards of service excellence.
