We need an experienced, charismatic leader who is as equally comfortable using cutting-edge software as they are rolling up their sleeves to pour coffee, fold laundry, or make magical moments.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience as a hotel manager and a proven track record of success with QAs, Medallia, and financial performance. Fluency with Best Western and Visual Matrix is a must.
