Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving results? Candlewood Suites is looking for an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team!

In this role, you'll be responsible for growing hotel revenue by developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our hotel to corporate travelers, groups, and local businesses. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy exceeding sales goals, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and sales calls
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, groups, and local organizations
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth
• Conduct hotel tours and present customized proposals to prospective clients
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions

Qualifications:

• 2 years or more of previous hotel or hospitality sales experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with hotel sales systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
