You are organized, detail focused, and skilled at coordinating events from start to finish.

The Role

Serve as the primary contact for our two hotels - Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites - both located in the heart of Nashville, TN meetings and groups, coordinating event details and execution.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage inquiries, bookings, and confirmations

Prepare event orders, contracts, and details

Coordinate setups, A/V, and F&B

Conduct site tours and client communication

Maintain records and communication logs

Provide service before, during, and after events
