The Role
As a Preventive Maintenance Technician, you’ll focus on routine inspections, repairs, and upkeep to ensure all systems and equipment function at their best.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Complete inspections and record findings accurately
- Address minor repairs before they escalate
- Support guest room maintenance and property‑wide upkeep
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supply areas
- Assist the maintenance team during emergencies or special projects
