Overview:

This team member is responsible forensuringthe hotel property is wellmaintainedand reflects an image of outstanding quality. This individual isself motivatedandhas the ability towork independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean all outdoor hotel property (i.e.sidewalk, drives, parking lot).

• Keep the hotel property in good condition.

• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.

• Open and close work requests.

• Usemoderatetoheavy equipment to complete duties as assigned,i.e.leaf blower, power washer, etc.

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions; complete safety training and certifications.

• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure clean uniform and professional personal appearance;maintainconfidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a groundskeeper preferred.

• Ability toassistall guests with a friendly and outgoing demeanor

• Ability or prioritize andself manageassigned work.

• Excellent organization,communicationand problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manageworkloadin a dynamic environment.

• Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of moderate to heavy weight withoutassistance.

• Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.

• Responds quickly to sounds. Moves safely over uneven terrain.Identifyand respond to dangerous situations.

• Safely climb ladders while carrying moderate to heavy weight. Wear personal protective equipment whenrequired.

• Interior of hotel and in all areas of the property.

• Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.

• Exterior ofhotel with exposure to weather conditions.

• Exposure to various cleaning chemicals.

• Power tools and general engineering tools.
