Retail Supervisor

Overview:

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for assisting in theday to dayoperations of all retail outlets. This includes but is not limited to maintaining store and merchandising standards, overseeing sales associates,insuringquality customer service, providing inventory control and meeting /exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Displayeffectively, communicate and hold all retail associates accountable for TheTrilogy.

• Assist withinsuringall audit requirements are meton a daily basis.

• Participate in all quarterly inventories to audit standards.

• Collaborate with Retail Director/Buyer/Retail Lead Supervisorin order toachieve budgeted retail revenues and profits.

• Assist with the monthly mark down plans.

• Perform shop walk-thrutoinsureproper merchandising, stocking and overall cleanliness.

• Assist with the interviewing and hiring of retail associates as needed based on business levels.

• Assist with leading inspiring morning Stand-up meetings that motivate retail associates to provide great customer service and sell.

• Assist with training for retail associates in sales procedures and customer service.

• Assist withinsuringall new hires are trained to standard as well as all 30/60/90 daychecklists are completed as required.

• Assist withinsuringall Moments of Service checklists are completed monthly and documented.

• Perform Manager on Duty functions as needed in the absence of the Lead Retail Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience of a minimum 6 months overseeing three or more associates is preferred.

• Customer service experience of 6 months or more is preferred.

• The resortfunctionsseven days a week and24-hoursa day. 

• All employees,bothmanagement and hourly, must realize that fact and be aware that, at times, it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift as business demands.
