Responsabilidades

Cambiar la ropa de cama y hacer las camas.
Reemplazar las toallas usadas
Barrer y fregar los suelos
Aspirar alfombras
Muebles para el polvo
Reponga los productos de higiene personal (por ejemplo, jabón y champú).
Reabastecer el minibar con bebidas y alimentos.
Limpiar las zonas públicas, como los pasillos.
Informe cualquier problema técnico y necesidad de mantenimiento.
Responder a las preguntas de los huéspedes (por ejemplo, sobre servicios adicionales)
Ayudar a los huéspedes a recuperar objetos perdidos.
Asegúrese de que todas las habitaciones asignadas estén limpias y ordenadas al final del turno.
Siga las normas de seguridad del hotel.

Habilidades

Experiencia laboral como camarero/a de pisos o ama de llaves.
Experiencia con equipos y productos de limpieza industrial.
Buena salud física y resistencia
Flexibilidad para trabajar por turnos.
Capacidad para trabajar con poca o ninguna supervisión cumpliendo con altos estándares de rendimiento.
Excelentes habilidades de organización
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones
Se valora positivamente el diploma de bachillerato.
