Support daily accounting operations including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and records management.

What You Will Be Doing

Process invoices and payments

Reconcile accounts and verify balances

Maintain organized files and documentation

Assist with daily revenue and cash reports

Support month end close tasks

Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders

What Makes You You

Accounting support experience preferred

Accurate data entry and reconciliation skills

Organized, dependable, and deadline oriented

Comfortable with spreadsheets and accounting software

Must be flexible to work including holidays and weekends (based on business needs).
