- Buscamos uncocinero/ a cualificado /a para preparar deliciosas comidas según nuestro menú. Cocinarás platos que deleitarán a nuestros clientes por su sabor y se entregarán puntualmente.
- Un excelente cocinero debe saber seguir instrucciones para preparar y servir comidas bien elaboradas. Debe desenvolverse con destreza en la cocina y ser capaz de realizar varias tareas a la vez. La experiencia en el uso de diversos ingredientes y técnicas culinarias también es importante.
- El objetivo es ayudar a preservar y mejorar nuestra reputación para poder ampliar nuestra clientela.
Responsabilidades
- Prepara y abastece las estaciones con todos los suministros necesarios.
- Preparar los alimentos para servirlos (por ejemplo, picar verduras, trocear carne o preparar salsas).
- Cocinar los platos del menú en colaboración con el resto del personal de cocina.
- Responda, informe y siga las instrucciones del chef ejecutivo o del sous chef.
- Limpiar la estación y deshacerse de los restos de comida.
- Almacenar el inventario adecuadamente
- Asegúrese de que la comida salga simultáneamente, con alta calidad y a tiempo.
- Cumplir con las normas de nutrición, higiene y seguridad.
- Mantenga una actitud positiva y profesional con los compañeros de trabajo y los clientes.
Requisitos
- Experiencia culinaria demostrada
- Excelente conocimiento de diversos métodos de cocina, ingredientes, equipos y procedimientos.
