S3 Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead dual operations at the Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn Irvine Spectrum/Lake Forest. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximizing financial performance, and ensuring full compliance with Hilton brand standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and a passion for team development within a dual-property, focused-service environment.

Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and accountability
  • Foster a culture aligned with Hilton service standards
  • Ensure alignment and communication across both properties
Operations Management
  • Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B operations
  • Ensure brand compliance and QA readiness
  • Maintain high service, cleanliness, and product standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction scores and service excellence
Financial Performance
  • Manage P&L and achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Control labor and operational expenses
  • Optimize flow-through and GOP performance
  • Analyze financial reports and implement improvements
Sales & Revenue Strategy
  • Partner with Sales team to drive occupancy and ADR
  • Support business development and local partnerships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor positioning
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with CA labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain safety programs and workers' compensation standards
  • Partner with HR on employee relations and investigations
Human Resources & Talent Development
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training programs
  • Ensure completion of Hilton-required training
  • Lead performance management and succession planning
Qualifications
  • 5+ years hotel leadership experience (GM or AGM)
  • Hilton brand experience preferred
  • Strong financial and operational background
  • Knowledge of California labor laws
  • Experience with hotel systems (PEP, OnQ)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
