The Job:

As a member of the Capri Laguna Team, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette while answering phone inquiries.
• Curate guest stays and make hotel sales & upsells to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Greet guests warmly and efficiently, handling guest check-ins and check-outs with precision, including folios, invoicing, and billing.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest issues in an efficient manner.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. 
• Collaborate and communicate seamlessly with department leaders and associates to personalize the guest experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our services and local surroundings to assist guests effectively.
• Assist the general manager with other related duties.
• Adhere to Hotel requirements for guest and team member accidents or injuries and in emergency situations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities

Physical Requirements:

This role involves standing and walking for much of the day, with the ability to lift up to 15lbs. Regular tasks include bending, stooping, squatting, and stretching.
